At Henry House in Worthing we specialise and offer a full program in Baby Swimming Lessons, Children Swimming Lessons and Nervous Adult Swimming Lessons. The luxurious hot pool is ideal for exercising or just relaxing and also offers adult only sessions for nervous adults and dedicated baby hours.

As well as the Hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons we offer a wide range of therapies for both chronic & acute conditions under the clinical direction of Karen Simporis, Acupuncturist, who specialises in treating chronic pain syndromes.
