Here at Henry House we have a broad inclusion policy and do our absolute best to accommodate children with complex needs into our mainstream lessons. This might mean children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or very nervous children. Below you’ll find pictures that youc an use to talk to your children and help them settle into the safety rules or routine of our lessons. The descriptions above each image explain when you might need to mention to your child.

 

Jumping

 

Encourage children to safely jump into the pool when asked by their teacher.

Taking turns

 

Encourage children to safely hold onto the bars or sit on the steps in between turns

Staying on top of the water

 

Encourage children to remain above the water and listen to their teacher
