I have an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Therapy having completed a postgraduate course at Northbrook College. I have a wide range of experience both through voluntary work and private practice working with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, relationships and addictions.
My basic Counselling approach is Integrative which is a type of counselling that helps the individual see the wood from the trees. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for. Together with the client I work to develop strengths and achieve life goals.
Who is Counselling For?
Counselling is useful for those who are struggling with some aspect of life. You are aware that there is a problem but have been unable to resolve it. Ideally you are able to take some responsibility for the problem and are ready for change and are able to harness your own resources for development and growth.
Appointments are offered on a Thursday evening and each session will last for 50 minutes.
