Testimonial....

One of the things that is so brilliant is that Mike knows how far to push me  on a particular day and knows how far to pull back and has kept my flexibility in my arms, legs, body and muscle strength with the exercises he has given me.

I have lumbar vertebrae long term damage and hydrotherapy keeps  my back flexible and stops it getting any worse.

I also have arthritis in my hip and one knee  and hydrotherapy keeps them flexible- and moving. Mike is able to give me  specific exercises that give me a complete range of movement in the water. I am unable to exercise in this way on the land. This year I had a few weeks in hospital unexpectedly and the muscle strength I had gained from my hydrotherapy exercises helped me rehabilitate and discharge back to my flat - I am very grateful for all I have learnt and gained from my hydrotherapy sessions with Mike.
