Fees & Conditions
All bookings (except swimming lessons) are for one hour and are subject to
advance booking and availability. Please see our timetable in the menu.
Early booking is advisable for all sessions.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS
Private family or social group booking of Pool for 1 hour to include changing time £50.00.
Group bookings are restricted to a maximum of 7 persons aged over 3 years.
All children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult in the water and are admitted free of charge (1:1)
All non-swimmers and any child under 8 years must also be accompanied by an adult in the water due to depth (1 adult can supervise 2 children)
Children swimming competently over the age of 8 years must be supervised by at least one adult poolside or in the pool.
Group bookings must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Cancellation of a group booking requires 14 days notice. Group bookings are not transferable to another day, to other persons or refundable without 14 days prior notice. This is subject to the usual statutory limits.
Diving and jumping in is not permitted.
No food, drink or outdoor footwear poolside.
The pool will be supervised from reception by the pool supervisor who is trained in pool rescue, however there is no permanent lifeguard present. Groups swim at their own risk and we advise that all groups must conduct their own risk assessment and swim assessment for anyone using the pool.
SESSIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL PATIENTS AND BABY HOUR
Must be booked and paid for in advance
Exercise in adult only open session - 1hr to include changing time. £11.00
Admittance to Baby Hour £11.00 per adult (including changing time.) Babies under 3 are free and must be
accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio. .

Cancellation of an individual open or baby hour session requires 48 hours notice.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice of the session is subject to a £11.00 cancellation fee.
Non arrivals without notice or cancellation on the day incurs the full fee of £11.00

SWIMMING LESSONS
Babies and young pre school age children must have an adult with them in the water unless the teacher identifies them as a strong swimmer who can swim unaided. Older children can swim alone with the added support of the teacher in the pool with them.
Spectators or siblings can only attend in special circumstances.
All fees must be paid in full half termly in advance, are non-refundable and not transferable subject to usual statutory rights.
The payment deadline to renew lessons is the final lesson of the current course.
Partial refunds will not be given if lessons are missed due to non attendance or illness.
No food or drink poolside and strictly no photography.
Badges & certificates will be awarded at the end of each full school term. The fee of £4.00 will be added to the second course of the term.

NAPPY REQUIREMENTS
If your child is not yet potty trained you will need a disposable swim nappy, a nappy sack and a Happy Nappy to reduce the risk of accidents. Happy Nappies are a requirement and will be available to purchase when you arrive for £10 or can be purchased elsewhere in advance. Babies will be refused admission to the pool without a Happy Nappy. Please take all nappies home as we don't have a clinical waste collection.
The Management reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions stated in the companies literature without warning, and to refuse admission at their absolute discretion.
