Sam is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience working within the NHS and private sector. She graduated from Brunel University in 2013 and gained her core experience at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and King’s College University Hospital in London.
Sam has since specialized in frailty rehabilitation, focused on restoring strength, mobility and regaining function. Her favourite patients are post surgical orthopaedic patients. Currently, Sam works as the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in Brighton and Hove Community services.
Sam has developed additional skills in sports massage therapy, APPI Pilates and hydrotherapy. She is passionate about staying up to date with the latest research and evidence-based practices.​​​
Craig Taylor HCPC PH119800

Craig has worked as a physiotherapist since graduating from the University of Brighton in 2019. He gained an interest in rehabilitation during his sport science degree, which he completed in 2016. Craig’s key NHS experiences include working with trauma and orthopedic surgery patients, patients with long term neurological conditions, and patients with musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.
Craig's chosen specialist area is treating musculoskeletal conditions, through strength and conditioning training and hydrotherapy. Craig has also contributed to local sporting clubs, utilizing skills such as dry needling, sports massage therapy and taping.
