Baby Lessons Booking Form

All of our swimming lessons last for 25 minutes, have a maximum of 5 in a class and the teacher in the pool to guide and support you. Babies are welcome to join our classes from when they are 8 weeks old and we consider 3-5 months an ideal age to start.

 

Please complete the form opposite to be placed on our waiting list for this course. You will be contacted as soon as there is a place for you and payment will need to be made immediately to confirm the place. If no place is available you will remain on the waiting list until someone drops out as we always give priority to rebook to our existing customers. It's helpful to be as flexible as possible with days and times in order to secure a place.

 

Please note that badges & certificates are always awarded at the end of each full school term.  The fee of £3.00 will be added to the second half of each term, ie Easter, the end of July and Christmas.

 

All fees must be paid in full half termly in advance, are non refundable and not transferable. No partial refunds will be given if any classes are missed although please ask reception about catch up sessions if your baby is poorly.

 

You will need a disposable swim nappy (available from Henry House), a nappy sack and a Happy Nappy to reduce the risk of accidents. Happy Nappies are a requirement if your child is not potty trained and will be available for you to purchase when you arrive for your first lesson as well as being available on line and in larger Boots stores.
